Our Story
Guided by the wisdom of the Gunggandji people, our mission is to create a space where ancient stories meet modern understanding. Every step we take on Country is a step toward deeper connection, respect, and the shared preservation of a culture that has thrived for millennia.
The Story Behind our Logo
Our turtle logo is connected to a sacred Turtle Story of Green Island (Wunyami). This story is shared respectfully as part of our tours and guides how we walk with and care for Country, in line with the teachings of the Traditional Owners.

Roots & Resilience
Our Philosophy & Values
At On-Country Cultural Experiences, our philosophy is rooted in the deep, ancestral connection to the land and waters. We believe that by walking together and sharing our stories, we can foster a greater understanding and respect for the oldest living culture on earth. Our values are defined by integrity, cultural safety, and a commitment to preserving the knowledge passed down by our Elders for future generations. We work in partnership with local Traditional Owners to ensure all experiences are culturally strong and guided by community connection.
